1.1. Welcome to the global Nofar Energy website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by O.Y. Nofar Energy SRL (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “We,” “Nofar Energy,” or “Nofar”). Nofar Energy is a Romanian company that provides renewable energy solutions, including but not limited to investments, storage projects, cutting-edge solar projects on rooftops, reservoirs, and land, with the aim of enabling a more efficient, sustainable, and stable energy future. The Website is primarily informational and includes details about Nofar’s activities, projects, and business operations.

1.2. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) is to clarify and regulate the relationship between Website visitors and the Company regarding the use of the Website.

1.3. Use of the Website, including any content and/or services appearing on it, constitutes acceptance of the Terms, including the Company’s Privacy Policy https://nofar-energy.ro/en/privacy-policy/, which forms an integral part of the Terms and may be updated periodically (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Agreement”). The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, delete, or add to this Agreement at any time. Therefore, before taking any action on the Website, you are requested to carefully read the Agreement, as continued use of the Website will indicate your acceptance of the Agreement. 1.4. The binding and definitive version of the Agreement, at any given time, is the one published on the Website. The provisions of the Agreement are cumulative and shall be interpreted as coexisting without diminishing or affecting one another.
